Well then, looks like one of my upcoming projects on a contract will be setting up voice and video chats over dialup (video and dialup? Migod), ISDN, DSL, Cable, and assorted more powerful connections using readily available tools. The camp I'm at now is on the low dialup end, so it's an ideal starting point for research on voice chat. If any of you have voice capabilities and want the chance to yell at a vac for testing purposes, I'm interested in giving it a dialup whirl.

Eventually might be doing some testing from my place of work, but currently more interested in findout out what the delay and dropout will be like.
