I've actually been eating breakfast...

So, I've finally gotten onto a fantasitc sleep/work schedule. I go to bed around 12:00 AM, and wake up around 6:00AM. So, there's that! With the help of sleeping pills, I sleep the night through, and not even my screaming cat can wake me up. (Well, she has a time or two..)

I feed her second breakfast just before I go to bed, so she has it to snack on through the night, and then I also refresh her water when I wake up, feed her her first breakfast, and then just before I go to bed.

She's been...feisty. She wants to play, I've NEVER seen her jump for her feather toy before, and she's doing that. The only weird thing is that one of her pupils is slightly larger than the other. It just looks strange.

I'm still working on cleaning all my room up. I've made some pretty great strides in this. I've got some plans of things I want to do, such as taking down some shelves over my desk so that I have a better view of outside, and maybe I can start feeding the birds a little more, so that my cat and I will have some awesome action to watch outside. I'll get her a little shelf so she can lay up there and watch them as they flit around. I've got a fantastic new bookshelf, seven feet by four feet, by nine inches! I've got a lot of books on there now, though, I've still got two shelves to fill, which is fantastic! I'm going to re-do my altar shelf after I get real access to it. (There's been some plastic totes in front of all of my shelves for over a year...)

I'm still looking for work, but, in the meantime, because I love being a CSR so much, I'm helping out on a site called Beastkeeper. Dani got me into it, and...y'know, I really like it. I don't like the very recent changes they've made to the system, but, I think that they'll listen to their users, and correct that issue. At least, I hope they will! :D I'm doing it all on a volunteer basis, as they're not earning any money right now, but, hey, if they do start earning money, I'm first in line for getting hired. :D

So, that's how things have been going! I've been struggling with feeling invisible. I don't feel like my actions matter much. It makes it all the easier to withdraw, and this is very much a time that I should not be doing that.

I've been spending more time out and about though. When I can get out of the house, which I only do once or twice a week, because of the cost of fuel, but I like to go to the park, and just sort of wander. Or libraries, which I've been reviewing on Yelp. Hee!

Alright, I've got a bunch of cardboard to break down, some laundry to do, stuff to throw away, stuff to sort, donate, whatever.
