So..renting.
My rent's going down significantly. As you all know, I used to pay $1,000 in rent each month. Now, I'm only going to be paying $700 (After agreeing to pay a little more so that it was easier on one of my room-mates.) I'm going to hopefully be saving that extra $300 (And whatever else I can!) and putting it in savings. That'll make me a very happy puppy! That's an extra $4k a year, without adjusting my lifestyle at all. (My lifestyle being I go to work, I come home...I buy DVD's every so often...)
Woo, I just made an adult decision!
We're going to be there a year, but, the house doesn't come with a washer/dryer. I talked it over with Cro, and I'm going to be buying the house a NICE set of Washer/Dryer. He's going to buy it on the credit card, and I'm going to be paying it off. I'm really excited about having the super nice washer/dryer. I know it's not really 'fair' to have me paying the most rent, and for the washer and dryer, but...to be honest, I've just got me, my cat, and Kody to feed. I don't want to be that jerk who's got the giant room, who's living in it all by themselves, who's not contributing towards the household at all.
Aand, guess the new art site couldn't handle the traffic. It's down.
Dunno what that says about it. I know what it says about me, however!
