Hurty and gardens in windowboxes...
I didn't ride my bike today. It was raining...and, I got a super mega headache this morning that caused me to be late for work. ;_;
But, I'm a lot better now. Not fully functional but, better.
Tonight's the full moon. Woo! Got a lot to do tonight. I'm hoping to bake some Full Moon cookies! I love sugar cookies, and have never made them from scratch. I JUST found the recipe for them in my Garden Witchery book.
Speaking of gardening, my Lavender is JUST starting to sprout in the peat pots! They're starting! ::Squee!!::
My Foxglove, not so much... But, I only planted them about a week ago, so, we'll see what happens as the weeks progress. The Foxglove are older seeds, so, I don't know if they'll make it or not. If not, then I'll haveta throw the peat pots away, as foxglove are poisonous.
I've decided I'm also going to try some hanging gardens! I've decided on some cherry tomatoes, ornamental pumpkins, a cucumber bush, some tiny carrots, and some raspberries in containers. I've also got lavender, spearmint, catnip, and garlic on the way. With some Snapdragons, Morning Glories, and MoonFlowers as well! Hopefully, I'll have enough room for some Basil and Dill!
Okay, blabbed on enough about that...
