buffalo gals, won't you come out tonight...
At the moment I'm multi-tasking -- watching the Live Coco Cam with somewheresunny, writing this journal while Friday the 13th - A New Beginning is playing on AMC (it's really very terrible) so excuse me if there are grammatical errors in this entry.
Yesterday I went to New York (just for a day!) and even though my mom hurt her toe last week and got out of work for it, she couldn't resist the idea of shopping in the States so we drove to Buffalo and the surrounding areas; checked out the mall and I bought a few things! I bought a Peyton Manning Colts jersey, two dresses from Charlotte Russe (bow-tie dress and lacy black dress), a blue blouse from Delia's that I fell in love with instantly and a LIFE t-shirt of the V-J Day Kiss in Times Square but mine doesn't look like that. Mine's a white t-shirt and is in colour (I just couldn't find mine on the site) -- like, the two kissers have been colourized. It's very cute! Oooh! I also bought two pairs of socks (blue and pink) that smell like peppermint and are infused with shea butter. They have traction grip too so that I won't slip as I'm pretty klutzy around the house and run alot down the stairs. They are the most cozy socks I have ever worn. The peppermint oils are supposed to last for 25 washes. That or whatever comes first -- stinky feet?
Also. While we were driving, we passed by a Laser & Vein Clinic and saw this "buffalo" statue. Apparently, all over Buffalo and the surrounding areas, there are buffalo statues. Luckily, we got to hang out with one of them!

If you must know, while in Chicago, I was heavily inspired by circlesanthem as she too posed with horn hands. Horn hands? I don't know. Is that the right term? Whatever the case, everytime I see a horned animal, that's the greeting sign I'll give them. We have moose all over Toronto so I should get on that soon. Animals made of fiberglass are so easy to talk to and seriously, when with them and giving them the old horny hands (that's what she said?!), there's a certain wavelength connection built and it's très magical! <3
Anyway. That's all I have for you tonight friends. If you excuse me, I'm going to watch some more Coco Cam with Kathleen. Conan made an apperance after Pierre drew a portrait of a writer and now there are two people eating dinner and having a date.
