That was MY very first LJ Post...and this is what it said:
News travels quickly in small little towns...And times can change with the blink of an eye...decisions...are just that...and belong to THOSE who make them...I'm just a Mom...and I am here...to try and help...teenagers grow into aspiring young adults...theres lots of kids out there...that I love...MORE than...just the two that I brought into this world...I say my kids...are the best...but I'm partial...afterall I am MOM...and although MY KIDS are the best...THEY are not perfect...neither am I...but I also know...mistakes are mistakes...and can most times be corrected...promises are promises...even if broken or rejected...hearts are hearts...sometimes broken or protected...just remember guys and gals...that the heart of this once NY mom...now living in Texas...still beats...for ALL of you...and should you ever need a shoulder...an ear...a laugh or a tear...I'll share it with...IN CONFIDENCE...
David...don't know if you'll ever read this...or even see it...I said I wanted to do this...to see what it was all about...there were more reasons...you know I'm better putting things in writing...and sometimes...these things I need to write...are things I want the WHOLE WORLD to know...therefore...what better place to put it...than in an environment...where I can WRITE as I go...and CONTROL WHO sees it...just remember...after todays "news"...my heart is where you are...be it here...or there...I will always...back your every decision (provided its the right one)...hehe...LOVE YOU !!
