Drifting in pale
the shades circumambulate
b'twix'd a soular eclipse
and a frozen sun

Nightbringer's call to hounds of solitude
a nighmare (unending) manifest
ye selfish harlot narcotic
                                                    Mercurial
this the keeper at the temple of sorrow

a withered branch of dessicated ash
dying through ages
yet never remembers
if it truly lived

even the most vibrant embers fade
and dance to sullen earth as ash
the ominous fate of all
ash to be trampled

this serpent that swallows it tail
is never satiated
always stagnant
has never really moved

what do you know of sadness?
your time comes to and end.
