Saw this (don't remember if it was from HN or stumbling, but reading it was definetly interesting.

They go so far as, after a week or so, offer people their salary to that point plus an extra $1000 if they want to walk out right then and there. It's part of their way of seeing who's serious enough about the training and wanting to be an excellent customer service rep, and who's just in the job for the money. And supposedly it's working though I haven't dug further into the story yet.
Still, rather thought provoking to say the least.
