Well, I got tagged by that Manion fellow... but I don't think I know anyone that hasn't been tageed already. :( So - I'll skip that bit. (Unless, say, nosferatu or cutesnow still post?)
Six of my current favourite songs:
1) Mad World, by Gary Jules. It's on the Donnie Darko soundtrack, and it's heartbreakingly lovely. :(
2) Apart, by The Cure. Another heartbreaking but beautiful song, and one of the few that still makes me cry.
3) Emma, by The Sisters of Mercy. Partly the lyrics, party Eldritch's perfect voice. The third of the list that can still bring tears.
4) Letter, by Kristin Hersh. From the "Hips and Makers" album. Pure genius. Lyrical perfection.
5) Giving Ground, by Sisterhood. (More genius lyrics... one of those pieces you wish you'd written yourself).
6) Home, by Depeche Mode. Just beautiful.
