[The feed turns on, and there is the same tan Japanese teen that broad-casted little over a week ago. He meant to do this sooner, but with the sudden trouble that occurred this was put off. Even to this day he was still buzzing about the events, it didn't sit right with him.]

A girl named Rika got her chip out -- these normally suppress abilities or powers, but when they're first taken out the powers go a little haywire, completely out of control. She can travel between alternate versions of the same world, I guess with the help of a friend or something as well. Thus, a bunch of us wound up in a coma here, while our consciousnesses were transported to a place with crystals that showed the past of Discedo here. However, when it all got put together, we wound up in a populated "might have been" city of Discedo, where the people apparently won their wars with Hollislanders and other cultures here. The only way to get back here from there was to "die" like waking up from a dream. Which is probably why people are reluctant to talk about it -- assuming they even remember.

How many people do ya think were involved? Is there a way ta prove dyin' actually made a difference?
[Kudo mentioned that they might had gotten to him. He needed to figure it out.]
Was there anythin' that stood out?

As for dying; it was a coma. Our bodies were fine back in the city. Luffy took mine, Ace, and Japan's and drew on us. So it was more like dying in a dream, no matter how "real" it seemed or felt.
"Stood out" like how?

I see... [Processing.]
Anythin' that made ya uneasy or caught yer attention.

The Hollislanders were all enslaved. Even though my world government looks the other way for tenryuubito -- world nobility, they don't openly allow or conduct it. Eridan and the other non-humans were kept in a special hospital and given drugs and experimented on. Which is still not as bad as I expected given the shit that happens around Sabaody, but one thing you can say for this place, that doesn't normally happen in Discedo. And it doesn't seem like something anyone of us would dream up and accidentally pull the others into. More like the word-fish that happened from the scientists before.
Oh. And we all had supposed families and friends we'd never met before. My father there wasn't Edward Newgate: Whitebeard, a twenty foot tall man who adopted me ages ago, instead over there it was just some guy I'd never met before. And Ace had a whole family that really believed in their life stories about him.

An' did th' s'posed families go with th' dream or did ya enter th' dream with that mind set?
[There was nothing of the sort in the books about this even when he ignored the supernatural part of it. Heiji is rather annoyed with this bit.]

When ya awoke did you feel different? Did anyone act differently?

A few people acted differently, some people forgot what happened there or just pieces of it, some people didn't. Either way, you don't go two weeks in a shared coma or alternate could-be universe without getting a little affected.

In th' incidents. Do they usually have anythin' in common?

Yes... but...
Okay there's several types. Things that the scientists probably induce -- like mistletoe that shocks you unless you kiss the person you're with, things that are an act of nature, and things that happen when someone's chip gets removed.

Six months is adequate enough. [More so he can weedle out the incompetent Intel from the competent.]
