My Grown-Up Christmas List
It's that time of year again when things are beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here. Sadly that means it's also time to be lacking sleep and staying up late to be able to study for finals and try to remember things that I won't care about in a month. But I also suppose it means I should be writing my Christmas list : ) These are in no specific order, just what comes to mind.
1. Another chance
2. To go back to August 2005 and start again
3. Pennies on my way to class every day
4. Daily scratch-it lottery tickets
5. Daily happy texts from various people
6. A smile that just won't go away
7. To be curled up in my bed at home with my puppy and have no worries
8. Enough time to finish my homework, hang out with friends, and enjoy life
9. A certain person
10. Enough money that I don't have to worry about each paycheck
11. Friends to always be there
12. A puppy in my apartment (first, my management to allow me to have a puppy)
13. A road trip somewhere
14. A dance in the snow at night
15. As corny as it sounds, world peace
16. No more confusion
17. No more hurting or worrying
18. A day where I can just sit curled up with coffee and read a book...for fun
19. A day to sleep in when I won't feel guilty
20. A year full of adventure, love, laughter, and happiness
If I think of more, I'll add them. Of course if you can't get me one of the above but wish to give me a gift, hugs and gift cards always work, lol.
