North or Bust!
We're saying goodbye to Corvallis, after over a month here (only interrupted by a short jog to the coast for a few days). We stayed a lot longer than we originally thought we would, but it's been a great time.
We are headed back to Portland today, getting a ride with a friend of Charlie's, then staying with a different friend of Charlie's in Portland. We are then headed to the Rainbow Gathering, a big bunch of hippies in the woods in Washington about 50 miles from Portland. How we're making that leg of the journey is up in the air at this point, though we're using the internet to try to find a ride. We'd like to be there for the 4th of July, but that's tomorrow, so probably we won't be. Who knows, though, stranger things have happened.
Hopefully we can write a little more later when we're in Portland and post some pictures. we attended a wedding yesterday, sort of randomly, but we can fill you guys in on that later.
