I'm anxious and distracted this morning. I can't concentrate on anything, I keep getting up and wandering around the house but not actually doing anything. I've considered going to Borders (where I'd just spend money) or the animal shelter (just to pet the kitties) but I don't think I really want to do either of those things, I'm just looking for

Nothing as frustrating as unfocused restlessness. Is it nice out? Would a walk in the fresh air, just for the sake of walking, be an option. Sometimes just wandering in the neighborhood can put a new face on things.
