I made my icon, so I can positively say that yes, it was made with a photo from that same photo shoot. (There are 3 similarly posed images that I have.)

I just made this one today because I wanted a Willow one for posting, but all I did was lighten the image a little bit and crop it, LOL. That's a really lovely manip, it's so natural looking - you did a great job. :-)
