Ever since Supersize Me and when I noticed I'm slowly getting a gut, I've realized my metabolism that has kept me scrawny the past 24 years is slowing down, so I started looking into eating healthy...
I looked up on Google for "breakfast lunch dinner healthy daily meals" and
this was first link.
I dont really buy it...
For the past year, my diet has been
Breakfast: Cereal, PopTart, Eggos, or nothing
Lunch: 2 slices of pizza, McDonalds, or Chick Fil-A (fast food chicken)
Dinner: TV Dinner (various kinds, Banquet brand, 9 for $9)
Basically I'd like to look for something I can regularly eat that will be good for me, provide nutrition, and not make me get fat. I'm not going on a diet to lose weight really, but just wanna be healthy...
Any suggestions or links would be appreciated :)
