Loved Dean and Crowley interaction. Their breakup was epic. Dean deflecting Crowley's neverending witticisms with a mean ass smirk, that was an unforgettable scene. But when Crowley left him he seemed almost sad for a second. He used to hate being alone when he was human.

Dean is never alone, though. I found it very satisfying that even after everything Dean did, Sam wouldn't let him go, not even for his own good. They always shared a life, from the time they were two scared kids in the Impala backseat, up until the shallow grave in the woods and badly CGI'd hole in the ground. They shared a heaven. And of course Sam would try to fix Dean, fix them or die trying. This is obviously deeply unhealthy, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Cole is supposed to be young, why would he go to the library for information? The new generation chooses Google and Wikipedia. I wish my students were more like Cole.

Maybe it's because the thrill of the first episode in a long time is gone, but I've started noticing things about the show which are, in my opinion, not so good. The lighting and cinematography, for example. It's very bright and a little washed out like a Lana Del Rey video, and they either need to put bright red lipstick on Sam and Dean or tone down the brightness because this aesthetic is not working for a supernatural show.

The makeup is less orange, so that's good. Dean's stubble looks flesh-colored in the scenes with natural light, and this ginger cuteness distracts from his evilness.
