Monday
So this weekend was good and rough, a little rollercoaster. First off I kept waking up couhging, allergy season has started. sat i started cleaning the house but the asthma kept me down, so i went ahead and did my wifi giveaway i have been preping for. Sunday I woke at like 7 am not able to breathe, so i headed to walgreens (thought they were 24 h) to get some meds, but they were closed. so i headed to walmart and got one set of pills, but i still needed sudaphed, and the pharmacy was closed till 11. so i hung out till 10 and headed back to walgreens, where i waited for half an hour behind people with perscriptions. The gal FINALY gets around to me and i tell her generic sudafed, she throws it to me and helps the next person in line. so i head up to the front counter where a VERY nice older man helped me, but kept getting a block on the register, so he calls for a manager. i know sudaphed is limited use, you gatta sign your life away, show id, go a little dance and pay extra taxes on it, so i just figured it needed manager override to. We wait and wait and finaly the manager comes in the front door. the guy says he's been paging the manager, and the manager says he was trying to chase someone who stole some sudaphed out into the parking lot. nope, it was me. the manager grabs the meds and starts walking to the pharmacy telling me i have to buy it back there. we go back there and there are 7 people in line for prescripts. he says I'll have to wait behind them. i tell him the gal threw the meds at me and helped the next person, so i figured that ment pay up front and he just told me i'll have to wait. so i told them I'll just go to Wal-mart, they obviosly dont have time for me. no one said anything and i walked out. the nice man at the register asked if i got it and i told him their to busy to ring me up, im going to walmart and he appologized. i told him it wasnt his fualt, he was very nice.
So now im driving and wheezing and snorking and dont wanna go to the other side of town for damn walmart, o and BTW it 10:45 and I was supposed to be home to help mom at 9:30. I decided to head to Target instead and get there and- Doesnt open for 15 minutes. so i got some socks and oreos and waited. finaly got my sudaphed after $4.95, like 3 hours, an id, a little dance, lots of cursing and wheezing and snorking. got to moms at like 11:30, and whoo was she in a bad mood. got the house dusted and vacumed and had our makeover party that few people attended. Diana, Flea, Marina and Paula came... kinda sad turn out for 30 invites just on my side.
After that, i kinda felt like shit but Flea and I headed to Bon and Kates candle party then to coffee. I feel bad, mom had to clean up but i did have to do all the talking... I'll make it up to her.
So ya, got rid of pokes, got lots of goodies (thanks to EVERYONE!) and got to see friends. Got to see Mox at coffee to! :D
