Workouts make us all cringe, right?ya, so like i mentioned earlier i am working out on my lunch and i have to say, its really showing! Im really happy!! I am currently doing-

Crunches-
20 regular
10 right side
10 left side
10-15 Military style (?) (with the feet up in the air)

1 pushup
10 "girl" pushups (either on the knees or on the wall)

with the weights-
10 strait up
10 with icepick grip
10 curls
on each side

and i added the thing when you lean against the wall and sit like your in a chair and squat, for like 20 seconds.

So im way out of shape, but hey im trying!! :D

crunches, pushups, excersize
