Anywho, Summers here, gunna be over 100 this weekend. just in time for Pacific Rim Festival (down on K by the westfeild mall) and to disbud the baby goatlings.
I named my goatlings BTW, Pandora's beasts are now Phaedra and Persephonie. Thats how i roll ;) Im creating a home work out plan for myself involving walking, stairs (@ the bosses) sit ups, push ups and eating healthy. moms gunna have us try the Sonoma diet mixed with alittle of the photonutrients diet. the photo one is kewl cause its basicly eat all the colors of the rainbow in fruits and vegi's a day! I LOVE fruits and vegi's! Anywho, its going well for me, have done my excersizes everyday this week and feel less fat, but i dont look it yet. OH WELL!!
