In my news, I've signed up to swim at an indoor pool nearby- this time of year in New England it had BETTER be an indoor pool otherwise it's called "skating". Also, I've started going to a gym. I know I can take the pool - the gym, well, we'll see. My knees are older than I am. Ack.
