Day 4 of new Kitten
His name is Rico, and is a pale orange tabby about 5 months old. We think... He was given to us by Drew's co-worker who had been feening him sporadically at his apt complex. He is soo cute and playfu and loves attentionl, but is currently suffering from diarrhea and tapeworms. We took him to the few Tuesday to get him de-wormed and his first set of kitten vacinations. He will be neutered in the not too distant future. I've already begun buying him kitty things. I gt him a foam cube with a round entry hole with a puffball hanging fron the ceiling inside that's a pretty blue with swirly leaves and he LOVES it I'm glad to say. He also loves the turtle hang from a stick with a resealable belly for catnip insertion. Next purchase will hopefully be a not too price cat carrier as the one I use to have has been destroyed.
First kitty story. Just now I was playing with him and his turle and he tried to pounce it while scratching his ear and toppled over! It was sooo adorable! He's been craving attention as we have him mostly quarintined to the bathroom due to his uncontrolable pooping for easy clean up. Whenever we let him out he needs constant supervision as if he needs to go he will go in the closest corner rather than looking for the litter box. HE's already pooped on 3 people: the vet, Drew and me. In that order. But on the plus side his worms seem to have cleared up.
