For five years, Boba Fett dreamed of vengeance every night. Even after the Jedi Temple burned, he held out hope that Windu was still alive somehow. That he would be the one to take down the Jedi who killed his father.
Until the day Palpatine showed him a holo of Windu's broken corpse.
Looking at the life-sized holo, he told himself to take comfort in the fact that Windu had died hard. But instead, he was left with a hollow feeling behind his breastbone. He'd failed his father.
But at least in his dreams, he could still have his revenge.
