The Democratic Congressional Transformer
bzzzzt, bzzzt, bzzzt....that's the sound of two branches of the government turning into a giant Democratic Congressional Transformer. Yes, friends and neighbors, George "Macaca" Allen has officially conceded this morning and the Senate now holds a Democrat majority. I better start hearing about subpoenas in January (somebody let loose John Conyers on the executive branch already).
In lieu of the news that Rumsfeld resigned yesterday, I decided to check out who exactly is this Bob Gates guy that Bush has nominated for the next Secretary of Defense. Eesh...he was involved in the Iran-Contra Affair in the 1980s.
