ok so this is gonna be a ranting journal, so if you don't want to read that... this is the disclaimer...
I totally fucked up. I missed the first FAFSA deadline back in March by like a month and a half because I totally forgot that I needed to do it. Now I have no anticipated aid and my parents are not really believing me about it. THey are like well we just updated the tax information so once that's done you'll have your aid back, so don't worry. Well, I am worried (obviously) because I know that I have lost my financial aid and now my parents are going to have to pay my tuition on top of everything else. I know that it's not as much as almost every other school because its a state but whatever. It still sucks. And I didn't compete for any scholarships because I thought it didn't matter... I didn't need it, my tuition was being paid for, no big deal. Now I'm screwed. I feel like shit about this. Oh well. It's to late now.
