(no subject)
cynthia had her baby last night not too long after i left the hospital. she says it was a really easy delivery. i'm so happy for her. i'm going to see her after i cut betsy's bangs.
i had a doctors appointment this morning at 9. i'm starting to get frustrated with them because they aren't doing anything except measuring my belly every time. i mean i understand that they don't do another ultrasound. but they haven't done a physical exam since like my 2nd visit. i guess they think that it's not really a big deal if they are a little bit off on my due date because it's not like the baby's just going to pop out. but my parents are going out of town like the first week of april, so i would kind of like to know if it's going to be early. they have to culture my vag at my next visit and i asked her if they were going to do an exam then and she was like "no." wtf?? i mean that's cool, it's not like i like to have fingers poking at my uterus, but i mean come on! they are already going to be down there! why would you not check? it's like they don't even want to know what's going on. so basically, i'm flying blind at this point. the random contractions i'm having may, or may not be normal. the fact that my belly has dropped significantly may, or may not be normal. it just seems like they should be doing more. i go to the doctor like every 3 seconds, but they don't really do much, so i feel like i don't even need to go. plus, they keep changing my appointment times and not telling me and they owe me money.
