Horrible Day

Argh, what a horrible day. Crawling under bed covers seems like a good idea. Between horrible retailers and customers at work (I don't even work on customer service dept!!!), horrible banks (I'm actually considering closing my account at HSBC), stupid bills that don't make any sense, rapidly disappearing money, and then to arrive to listen people arguing at home. Then to top it all off, to read horrible posts on line...

I'm having a big mug of hot chocolate and I'm going to bed with a copy of Pride and Prejudice.
