Well, while my Gonzy is all the way in Sweden, I have to admit, I love having the whole bed to myself! It was weird at first, but sprawling out with plenty of space! Woo hoo! Maybe I should make him sleep on the settee from now on

Meus Excusas? my excuses?

I don't suppose you could point me in the direction of any useful latin sites or books could you? I have been trying to work out what the latin names of some of the plant life I study actually means. Understanding the latin, seems to help me connect it to the plant and I can recognise them by latin name. Otherwise it's like trying to learn a load of meaningless words... not very easy I have discovered.

Some are really obvious like...

Mentha aquatica - water mint

But others aren't quite as clear?

Otherwise, all the "latin" I use is pretty much made up since I did Ancient Greek in school (not that I remember any of it anyway)
