Terms
(Please ensure you've read through and by joining my sprees, you're deemed to have agreed to them.)
a) If you're not comfortable with my terms or do not feel you can trust me, please do not join. I'm generally nice but will get offended if I think spree-ers are insinuating that I'm being shady with their cash. As always, I will be continue to be nice if you are too.
b) Organiser cannot be held responsible for lost mail via normal postage. It shld not be taken for granted that the organiser will try to retrieve spree-ers lost normal mail, hence, for both our peace of mind, pls opt for reg mail. Having said that, 99% of my spree-ers normal mails have reached them safely. Spree-ers please ensure that correct mailing address is provided.
c) Organiser reserves the right to collect a handling fee of maximum $0.50 per spree-er.
d) Organiser will not be held responsible for wrong items shipped by merchant/wrong info given by spree-er, though organiser will check and ensure orders are placed according to info given by spree-er.
e) Organiser will not be held responsible for breakages occurred during shipping.
f) Organiser reserves the right to cancel spree if response is poor.
g) Breakdown of shipping costs is by item cost, so the more expensive your item, the higher your share of shipping fees to pay. If your item happens to be shipped separately, your shipping fees will be calculated accordingly by weight (especially for Drugstore sprees).
h) In the unlikely event that merchant charges tax for shipment to Globeshopper, I will go ahead to order. This is because from past experience, GS shipping with tax proved to still be cheaper yet more efficient than the alternative, VPost.
i) Organiser reserves the right to collect rate difference and will show evidence before doing so. Once orders are submitted, spree-ers may not ask for refund due to rate difference
j) Spree-ers may not ask for refund after paying for items, unless spree is cancelled by organiser
k) Difficult spree-ers who do not abide by my T & Cs will be blacklisted and forbidden to participate in my future sprees
l) If items are confiscated by carrier due to being on prohibited list, spree-er will still need to bear the cost of the confiscated item.
m) Spree Terms and Conditions are subject to changes and updates from time to time
