Fic rec! (WIP)
For anyone on my flist who enjoys both Sherlock and Doctor Who, this fic is not to be missed!
Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Blue Box, by yamx
It's a Sherlock/DW crossover, as is fairly obvious, and written for me as the result of a fandom auction. I asked for Sherlock meeting the Doctor and for once finding himself not the cleverest person in the room *g* So far, we have Nine, Rose and Jack running into Sherlock and John, and so far it's all brilliantly in character. My favourite exchange in the first chapter, in John's point of view:
Sherlock scoffed. "Your anti-theft system is hardly sufficient to keep out a determined poodle."
"Didn't get in though, did you, Fido?" the American scoffed.
