ARGH!
I might have to stop reading my flist.
I am trying so hard to stay spoiler-free for DW this year. Last year I tried, wasn't all that successful and it spoiled my enjoyment a bit. Someone spoiled me completely for the first episode of TW without even asking, and that completely wrecked the delight of discovery for me.
While I know vaguely what some upcoming episodes (eg Human Nature) are about, and I know when Jack's coming back, people on my flist have been screaming and squeeing about stuff to come in 42 and the spoiler video from Utopia, and even when they say they're cutting for spoilers they still manage to say enough in the non-cut bit of the post to count as a spoiler to me.
I don't want to know. I want to enjoy being surprised. I even avoid the BBC DW site and BBC entertainment news, because the BBC is a spoiler-whore. Learned my lesson there last year and the beginning of this. Now I'm going to have to avoid my flist, or de-custom-flist a number of people temporarily. I don't want to do it, but it seems I have no choice. :(
