Going, Going, Go- Auction Ending Soon!
I'm certainly not expecting my auction in aid of the Queensland floods disaster appeal to go any higher, but for the sake of due diligence in case anyone does want to know:
The auction ends at 23:59:59 Queensland time on Sunday 23rd January - ie one second before midnight heading into Monday morning.
This is 1:59pm GMT
It is 8:59 am Eastern US/Canada time
And it is 5:59 am Pacific US/Canada time.
I am offering 100 words for every AUD$1 bid, and the bidding currently stands at AUD$220. Payment must be made to one of the official funds shown in the master-list of donations, and proof emailed to the address given in that post. Once proof of payment has been confirmed, the winner can contact me to discuss the story. Please note that I am away and most likely with no internet access (or at best very limited) from first thing tomorrow (Sunday) EST until Wednesday night.
