Snow... and snow... and snow
I thought we had it bad here in my city a couple of weeks ago when we got slammed by a snowstorm. But that was nothing compared to the storm that's just hit the US and Canadian east coasts.
Here's a video I've been pointing people to, because it's just so jaw-dropping. It's no longer linked on CNN's front page, so here it is for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. This guy is in New Jersey, and he filmed the snow falling in his back garden over a 20-hour period using time-lapse photography. Watch the clock, the bucket (measured to 14 inches) and the yardstick he later places in the snow.
