That's so cute and sweet and sad. I love the gifts he left--Father Christmas, indeed!--and absolutely love the final scene with Wilf. Yes, the Doctor could use a good, strong drink with a mate.

This really cheers the heart. I've seen plenty of stories referencing the Doctor's "red bicycle when you were twelve" line, but I really like the way you expanded on the concept of the Doctor using the TARDIS to play Father Christmas. It's especially nice that he thought of Mickey and that horrible year because the Doctor couldn't drive. The last one was my favorite. Thank goodness for Wilf!

Thank you! It just struck me that, if he really did bring Rose that red bicycle, then he'd certainly be capable of doing some little, but significant, things like this. And I had to include Mickey - he absolutely deserved to get something!
