Misericordia, part 4: think it's all over?
*Eyeroll* Those idiots at Adecco have not sent the money they agreed to pay me under the terms of the COT3 agreement. This is a legally enforceable document, people! I've contacted ACAS, and they're going to give these creeps a nudge. If the money ain't paid soon, I'll take them to court.
I thought it was just one employee, but the problem goes all the way to the top, it seems. The respondent is named as the CEO, I believe. They've had plenty of time to send the dosh, so where is it? I'm waiting... but I won't wait forever. Pay up, Adecco, or it's war!
The trouble with going to court over this is it'll cost Adecco dearly in terms of reputation - if a reporter decides it makes a good story, they're toast!
