Last day off until vacation....
....and what do I do? Spend the day in a frenzied blur of activity, starting with the early morning arrival of my nephew and culminating in a shopping spree at the Mall. Tori and Nick, my nephew, are the same age and practically brother and sister. This means that they fight like siblings if not kept busy, so I decided to take them to the movies. (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory). First, we hit McDonalds for lunch, then on to the theaters, where they gorged on popcorn and candy. After that, we swung by the Limited Too, where Nick scored a Neopet and Tori some Sketchers. Then, I heard a rumor that Lancome was having their gift event, so I had to go to Macy's and buy something so I could get the goodie bag. For once, the stuff was in colors that I actually wear- usually it's corals, peach or hooker red lipstick, which look like merde on me. This time all the colors were in the cool tones, which look best on me, so I am a happy girl. Tori swiped the leopard print bag, and then we had to go and buy an entire outfit in what she called 'Cheetah' print to match. I have to admit she looks pretty styling in it. I have to work the next five days, which is a good thing, given what I spent today. Then it's on to Alaska!
