Yeah, fairly accurate.
Spring is here, and I (finally) got my car all fixed up and just today got new tires all around. My car is happy, as am I. It's running better than it has in years, and the mech's said it can go for for many more, as it has pretty low miles. Works for me- it's a fun car, gets great mileage and is in excellent shape. (Plus, no car payments!)
Tori is a sickie this week- took her to the doc today and she has a very bad sinus infection. Poor kid; she has my sinus/allergy probs, and also my very flat feet. (It's a hereditary condition- a slight bone deformation that actually pushes the arch flat and can't be corrected with arch support). I taught myself how to walk on the outside of my feet to keep from walking funny, and the doc referred her to a sports PT who can do the same for her. She is 5'2", just over a hundred pounds.....and only ten. Everyone keeps asking when I'm gonna get her into modeling, because she's so stinking tall for her age. Might be nice if that is a possibility in the future, as a model doesn't need to hear well to work. They DO need to walk well, so we'll work on that. She'll be a model with a degree, though- no way she is getting out of going to college. Anyway, the doc gave her meds for her sinus infection, and now I get to try and make her take it for the next ten days.....
We just got Narnia, so I predict a long lazy afternoon curled up with the Girl watching the kids fight the White Witch. Works for me!
