I'll be here when it all gets weird
Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. Things just haven't been normal as of late. The good thing is, I've got a new job, and it's pretty dang cool. The hours rock and I have my weekends off again!!
Now the bad shit. First, and most major, my car blew a head gasket. It's gonna cost something like $2000 (or thereabouts) to get it fixed (fucking Daewoo's) so we're gonna look for a used car in the next few weeks. The upside is my wife's friend's husband bought a '87 Acura Integra & is letting me use it......but I have to re-learn to drive a standard again. Dang, is my left leg sore!
And, my DSL has been down for a week & a half now...fucking rain.
Oh, and I had a birthday last Monday, but didn't do anything major....eh, just another day really. Besides, we were too broke to do anything.
