Worked on Saturday. Did my first wound care. That actually went ok. I was pretty jacked up about it, but Mike was very cool and I only made one error. All in all it went well.
Sunday, made our cheat meal of pizza and carrot cake. The pizza was an Uno's that we got from Costco and it is always GREAT! My carrot cake was too oily. Next time I'll sub brown sugar for white, applesauce for some oil. That's what I was originally going to do, but didn't. Should have listened to my own thought process.
We're also redoing the kitchen pantry. We found some shelving that will fit and is functional and looks fab. Actually, I'm pretty excited.
Today, was a long gym day. Leg day too. So, I got to use my new straps. I am super excited and psyched.

Had a discussion about plate placement. I think that loading the leg press sled unevenly is ok since the weight is held with one mechanism and is close together. It doesnt matter is you load 3 plates on each side, and then put a 35 on just one side. That's the same as 3 45s + 15 on each. Whatever. Doesn't feel different to me.
Also found out, from the same guy I was having the about conversation with, that when I'm doing weight so heavy that it pushes me out of the seat on the leg press, that if I pull up my shirt and let my back stick to the seat, I won't slide anywhere. Gross, but it did actually work.

I also did the hamster mill for 20 mins PTWO. 3.5 mph at 8% incline. Good sweat there.
None of the above matters cause my baby is sick. He slept pretty good last night, but was up at 0400 with a really bad fever. I gave him some acetominaphen and snot reducer and he's still asleep now.
