i started a blog at another site, but it seemed really transient. i know several people that have had accts here for a while, so maybe this will be good.
great day at the gym. leg day is always good. today was
full squats 1x4x95, 1x6x85, 1x5x95. I now know that I need to do a warm up set first on these. some things i don't but this i do.
next was hack squats on the sled. 3x7x90(+sled weight), 1 drop set 7x90, 8x80, 9x70, 10x65. zowie that burns.
extension (single leg) 1x6x30, 2x7x35, 1x9,35.
Standing heel raises 3x7x300
seated hee raises 3x6x70
All in all it was ok. My legs are already sore. I don't like today as much as I like hamstring day, but will always take a leg day over say, biceps or triceps.
No cardio. Cardio sucks ass.
Wont be back at the gym till Monday. That's my long day so, I'll hit sldl, leg press, ham curls. I LOVE THIS WORK OUT! Gonna have to change it up soon, but I really don't want to.
Work tomorrow and Sunday. Time and a half on sunday. That's good. Hope it's not terribly busy.
