so i'm back from the gym already (check the time!)
today is another short day. i get up and go first then dh goes when i get back. since i work weekends this is the only way we get in 5 days a week. we would prefer 6 or 7 but that aint happenin just now.

incline hamster-mill
incline 0-10% (spent 10 mins going from 0 to 10 and ten mins at 10)
speed 3.5 always
time 20 mins

Quick abs
hanging hip ups* 3x10 rectus and obilques
ball crunches 3x10 SOB that burns
bench hip ups
A word about hip ups
I see people all the time in the pike positiong swinging their legs up and down and up and down. Thing is, if you don't get past 90 degrees of hip flexion, you are only working your hip flexors! Try starting with your knees and hips at 90degrees, and roll up from there. Hell of a lot harder and more effective.
We get the paper today so I didn't have to see cashier-dude at the gas station. Thank goddess.
