I forgot to add that I am doing hamstrings at the gym tomorrow.

Leg press
SLDL
Curls

I'm going to start with 270 warm up on leg press and move to 3 sets 6 reps of 300. Then move to SLDL and pull 4x4x150 and curls, i don't know.

i'll write in what I did tomorrow.
