I never knew this but apparently owning a cloak imbibes the owner with magical powers. These range from, the ability to make complete randoms slightly warmer, to making taxi's appear. In other words ended up sheltering two complete randoms from the harshness of the Scottish summer until the taxi's I ordered turned up. I ended up getting the last of three. All together now....Gwen you are a MUG! I also had very random people asking if I was a white witch or Ginny Weasley. So I beg of people be aware that whenever you put on your cloak you are also giving your self magical powers.
