I have'nt told all of you yet, but my "aunt" has colon cancer. SHe just had two little boys, who i am taking care of this summer and things are not looking good. She has a spot on her lung, which we found out today wasnt just another cancer, but the same cancer. Meaning that it has already spread from her colon all the way up to her lung. For those of you who know more about cancer this is Stage 4, on a 1-4 scale where your doctor says "i have actually had a few patients at stage 4 survive"....when you expect to hear well you just have to get surgery, a shit load of tests for the rest of your life, chemo, and radiation...it really sucks. My mom found out while she was at work and apparently started flat out crying in her cubicle. Now i think you all know this about my faimily already..but we dont cry, and if we do cry something has to be really really bad and to do it in a situation where anyone can see or hear you doing it..the situations has got to be alot worse. So she actually left work and drove straight to Angies house, bought her a pie, went shopping to get her mind off things and then came home at 3...i have a feelign this will be a long and not very happy preocess.
