Aeryn Sun-Rise: 1/2 oz raspberry vodka, 1/2 oz creme de cacao, splash of grenadine, topped with OJ
Tigh One On: 1/2 oz scotch whiskey, 1/2 oz dark rum, topped with tonic water
M-M-Max Headroom: Sour apple topped with Coke, on ice
True Blood: 1oz vodka, topped with tomato juice
That Big Blue Thing: 1/2 blue curacao, 1/2 sour apple, topped with sprite (a Dr. Manhattan reference)
Optimus Rye: rye topped with cola and cranberry juice
Red Matter: 1/2 southern comfort, 1/2 vodka, topped with cranberry juice

The McKay Martini: 3/4 oz lemon vodka, 1/4 oz triple second, shaken w/lemon juice and ice, served in a sugar-rimmed glass
Polaris Inferno Martini: 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz creme de cacao, 1/2 oz cinnamon schnapps, 1/2 tsp chili powder, garnished with chili chocolate <---- this one is AWESOME
