Would you consider someone a friend, a good friend, if you never saw them but maybe 2 or 3 times a year face to face? I mean if you talked to them all the time via phone or online but didn't really seem them in person. Just wondering others opinions on this matter as I had this conversation with a friend of mine over the weekend.
