Unfortunately, the programme is unavailable for those from Elsewhere.

Currently BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only, but all BBC iPlayer Radio programmes are available to you.

And that's vurriners, not those merely so unfortunate as to dwell in Elsewhere (i.e., other regions of the UK).
