my return to ny was in the midst of a neverending downpour, which then created a leak in my ceiling (we live on the top floor) which then made a lot of water pile up in the light fixture attached to the ceiling. that is not good. with the help of the lovely ryan, we were able to drain it all out, but the water is still coming through. my mattress has been totally soaked beyond use, so a new one is needed, same with my carpet. both my landlord and the contractor he uses aren't answering their phones and aren't calling me back. this fucking SUCKS so much beyond belief. fucking bullshit.
