Le Macaron master

I don't know if I ever mentioned, but I love baking. In the salt department, there's nothing more than pasta and scrambled eggs in my menu, but when it comes to dessert, I've been quite successful. And one of the things I love are french Macarons, which are allegedly very difficult to master: it's suppossed to have a series of details which makes baking the perfect Macaron a hard task. With that in mind,  I decided to make it my project this year. Bake the perfect Macaron.

Today is ATTEMPT NUMBER 1.
