Sorry. I'm not sure where you're staying or I might have come to ask you in person. I was wondering if you knew of any magical texts around here. I know it's a long shot given the great depletion of any magical capabilities but maybe it's because we're outside mages and our own powers aren't compatible with this world despite the fact it closely resembles our own. I guess it's comparible to giving someone the improper blood type...only it's not going to kill us or anything...
I dunno...it's really just a theory and I have nothing to back it up...but obviously this world has some magical energies outside of ourselves to draw from. Ah! Sorry, I'm starting to get off...at any rate if you do know of some texts I can look into let me know...
