Can somebody explain me to me again?

Well, this is one of those places for big announcements... a little after the event, but hey

I've finally bitten the bullet and gone fully freelance. With Mary as my agent/manager, I'm starting a rather charming little company called Robotribe. So far the plans include selling original art prints up to A3 size, framed ones at A4, designing and printing novelty T-shirts, designing company logos, designing and making business cards, invitations, possibly moving into websites. Basically, I can do pretty much anything that uses Photoshop or 3D Studio.

Starting a business is tricky, isn't it? So far I've taken up an ASTOUNDINGLY shit job part time to keep the bailiffs at a reduced approach speed, upgraded the computer, spent about £500 on printing equipment and made a few starting art prints. Also, taught myself the basics of Illustrator and trying to find time to learn Dreamweaver. I'm going to start by selling stuff through eBay and hope for the best.

Still, made my first sale. Two posters, just need to work out the best way to post them. All I need to do is sell about 300 more and I'm laughing... do I seem tense?

Any shameless plugging ideas warmly welcomed. The best ones may be incorporated into the next advert I mean Journal entry. In the mean time, I'm going to have to work on my website. And by work on I mean start....

I know it's what I should do, and I know it'll work out, but I am deep down a conservative coward. So, starting my own business when I'm already in debt is enough to remind me what shirt-tails are for.

I think I need a hug
